Pierce Rose is an associate supporting clients across the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group. Pierce joined the firm after working as a summer associate in 2023 and 2024, where he assisted attorneys by developing client guidance documents, drafting court filings and researching complex legal questions involving state and federal law.
Pierce earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he served as Lead Online Editor of the Minnesota Journal of Law & Inequality. He was recognized with several honors, including the Legal Writing Section Best Oralist Award and the Law in Practice Outstanding Lawyering Skills Award. He also served as a Structured Study Group Instructor, mentoring first-year students in Contracts and Criminal Law and clerked with the Office of the Minnesota Attorney General, where he drafted legal memoranda on complex statutory and constitutional issues. In his final semester of law school, Pierce worked with the University of Minnesota’s Consumer Protection Clinic as a Special Assistant Attorney General to investigate potential violations of state and federal consumer protection laws.
