Theresa Nolan Breslin is an associate in the firm’s Franchise & Distribution practice group. She represents clients in a variety of franchise and distribution matters.
Theresa has extensive litigation experience, having spent several years working within the judiciary. Prior to joining the firm, Theresa served as a law clerk to the Honorable Peter J. Messitte of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. She has also served as Chambers Counsel to the Honorable Douglas R.M. Nazarian of the Appellate Court of Maryland and as a law clerk to the Honorable W. Matthew Stevenson of the Florida Fourth District Court of Appeal. Theresa also has private practice litigation experience, where she primarily briefed appeals and dispositive motions on behalf of clients.
Theresa earned her J.D. summa cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law where she was the Senior Articles Editor for the University of Miami Law Review. She received her B.A. magna cum laude in Political Science from Belmont Abbey College where she was a three-time All-American on the women’s lacrosse team.
